About This Project
Our first landmark project at 37 Dr Abani Dutta Road, Gagnanchal Housing established the foundation of what Padmalaya (formerly Tirupati Developers) stands for. Completed in 1985, the first residential complex in Howrah spans 1,10,000 sq ft across 2 bigha of prime land, setting a standard for quality construction that has endured for nearly four decades.
